WAIVER OF INJURY AND/OR DAMAGE: Any activity involving dogs can have unpredictable situations. By attending our classes, you agree to not hold DogGone Solutions, LLC or Pet Supplies PLUS responsible for any unfortunate circumstances. This includes dog bites, fights, scratches, bruising, or other bodily damage to either person or canine; any property damage caused by your dog to personal property or damage caused to the facility by chewing, scratching, urine, feces, rambunctious or uncontrollable behavior, or any other behavior is your responsibility. In the event your dog causes either bodily damage, personal property damage, or facility damage, you agree to pay for any costs associated with the medical, veterinary, repair, or replacement expenses.
WAIVER OF INFECTION, INFESTATION, & ILLNESS: Classes are held both indoors and outdoors in public space. We do recommend that your dog be on flea and tick preventative.
